SEXY CHARLIZE THERON'S DIET SECRETS

Charlize Theron stays in shape by only eating quarter portions of her favourite treats. The Oscar-winning actress refuses to cut junk food out of her diet, but manages to keep the calories down by only eating a quarter of the meals she likes. Charlize, 32, said: "I'm careful to eat a healthy balance of foods, but I eat six small meals a day. "If I fancy a burger, rather than deprive myself I'll eat a quarter of one." The 'Monster' star - who piled on the pounds to play serial killer Aileen Wuornos in the 2003 award-winning film - also keeps her exercise regime interesting by taking part in fun outdoor activities. She told Britain's Elle magazine: "I love to be active, especially outdoors. My favourite workouts are cycling, kayaking and walking." The South African born actress now lives in Los Angeles with her long-term boyfriend, Irish actor Stuart Townsend. Charlize recently confessed she is terrified her breasts are sagging. She said: "I'm 32 and as you get older you get wrinkles and your boobs sag. You get wisdom too, so it's not all bad. But you can't really do anything about ageing."
