Velvet Revolver lead guitarist Slash once refused to allow child lover Michael Jackson near his two-year-old son - because he didn’t quite trust the Jesus Juice star. The former Guns N’ Roses star admits he was weary of Jackson meeting his son while on a trip to London, although he believed the Thriller hit maker had the right to a fair trial after being accused of child abuse charges in 2003. He said, "You know, I give the benefit of the doubt to Michael on everything - innocent until proven guilty and what not,but I was thinking, okay Michael, you figure out your s**t and I’ll hold on to my son!" Jackson was acquitted of all charges in 2005.
