Bill Vigars tells People.com, "The story is true... Clay is the father. She was artificially inseminated by Clay. She's due in August... She looks great, glowing and very happy."She and Clay have been good friends ever since "American Idol," when they worked together."Aiken is reportedly thrilled with the news and plans to be an ever-present father to the child, even though he has no plans to wed Foster.

INVESTIGATION INTO FIFTY CENT FIRE

Rapper Fifty Cent is "eager" to discover the authorities' findings surrounding the fire that engulfed his Long Island New York home and endangered his son and ex-girlfriend.The estate, which is owned by Fifty Cent and occupied by former girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins and their 10-year-old son, Marquise, was engulfed in a fire that New York police have called "highly suspicious." The fire occurred this morning. The home has been at the center of a bitter court battle between the singer and Tompkins since last month's ruling that she and Marquise must leave the rapper's mansion by the end of 2008. The rapper is extremely thankful that everyone including his son, Marquise, escaped the burning house safely."He is confident that authorities will be conducting a thorough investigation of the incident and is eager to review their findings."And Tompkins, who split from the rapper in 2003, has fueled reports a vengeful party is to blame after revealing she heard "someone" come into the house at 4 a.m., an hour prior to the incident. Police have sent dogs to search the rubble for a substance that may have been used as an igniter.The "In Da Club" hitmaker is not being treated as a suspect, reports TMZ.com.

SARAH JESSICA PARKER ON SEX SEQUEL

Hollywood star Sarah Jessica Parker would love to make a second Sex And The City movie. Only if she can find a balance between her careers as a mother and actress. Early reviews of the television show turned movie, have prompted the star to consider following it up with a sequel, but only if it doesn’t drag her away from young James Wilkie, her son with actor husband Matthew Broderick.When asked on Good Morning America on today, Parker said, "You’d have to ask my son… He’d have to be willing to let me be that diligent…"This last experience has been two years, and it’s been the real last year of my life professionally. And I’ve had to figure out how to make certain that he is well and good. But I’ve been absent in a lot of ways and it’s time for me not to be for a while." But she admits the real decision will be based on the first movie’s box office success: "Honestly, the truth of the matter is I think we’ve felt so privileged to arrive at this day, that we have not uttered the word (sequel). I feel it’s really out of our hands. I don’t know."

NAOMI CAMPBELL CHARGED FOR ASSAULT

Bitch on wheels Naomi Campbell has been charged with assaulting two police officers in relation to an incident on a British Airways plane last month. The former supermodel, was arrested at London’s Heathrow airport in April, following a dispute over her baggage, which was lost in the airport’s recent Terminal 5 luggage handling fiasco. Campbell reported to Heathrow police station today, where she faced a total of five charges, including three counts of assaulting a constable, one count of disorderly conduct and one count of using abusive language to the airplane crew. Police confirmed the assault charge was related to her actions toward the two officers. Naomi was bailed out and is to re-appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court in west London on June 20th. Campbell’s lawyer, Simon Nicholls, says, "Miss Campbell is bitterly disappointed that the prosecutors have advised her she is to be prosecuted for various offences."Prosecutors in this case have decided she needs to be prosecuted in the magistrates court. She respects that decision and she hopes this matter is dealt with expeditiously." It is not the first time Campbell has found herself in trouble with the law over her very nasty temper. Last year she was sentenced to community service at New York City's sanitation department after she was convicted of assaulting her maid with her cell phone.

Stars David Beckham and Leona Lewis have been lined up to star in the closing ceremony of the Beijing Olympics in China this summer,according to reports. To mark China’s official handover of the global event to Britain for the London 2012 Games, the L.A. Galaxy player will make an appearance while singer Lewis will sing to an estimated audience of over 150 million people. An source for the London 2012 Games says, "Leona and Beckham have accepted the invitation to sprinkle some stardust on the show. "They epitomise what London 2012 is about. Leona is a young global star from London who has risen from nothing. Becks has glamour and a profile around the world. He was also a key figure in the bid to win the Games for London."

KELLY ROWLAND STOPS HER SHOW

Singing star Kelly Rowland had her performance at the Great American Gay Day 2008 rudely interrupted on Friday, when she narrowly missed being hit by a fan’s hat. The songstress was midway through her set at the Californian event when one fan threw their white hat at the stage - almost hitting Rowland in the face. The backing music came to halt as she called out to the crowd to identify the assailant, before making him apologize for his actions. In video footage obtained by TMZ she can be heard saying: "Who threw that up here? Come to the front, come to the front." The fan quickly apologized and Rowland handed back the flying headwear before resuming her performance.

MICHAEL MOORE LANDS ICON MADONNA

Documentary film maker Michael Moore has landed a big boost for his Traverse City Film Festival in Michigan. Pop icon Madonna is coming to it. The singers I am Because We Are documentary, about Aids orphans in Malawi, will headline the alternative film festival next August, And the Material Girl will be there in person. Happy Moore says, "Madonna will present the film, watch it with the audience and conduct a question-and-answer session afterwards. "It’s a huge coup for the Film Festival, and for Traverse City." And the film maker, who has taken the United States medical profession and President George W. Bush to task in his films, has nothing but praise for Madonna’s new release, which recently premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in France.
He adds, "She spent the past couple of years filming what the people go through, and the efforts to help them. I saw the film about a month ago. It’s a fantastic, powerful movie." Madonna produced and narrated the documentary after travelling to Malawi, where she met her adopted baby David Banda.

DIRT'S LAURA ALLEN EXPECTING BABY

Allen, who acted alongside star Courteney Cox in the show, has confirmed she is delighted with the baby news. We don’t know boy or girl, but we are pretty sure our baby already has a palate for Indian food and Pinkberry." The couple wed in Italy in 2006, just two days before Allen began work on Dirt.

CHARGES FOR BITCH NAOMI CAMPBELL

HEATHER MILLS ASSAULT OVERTURNED

A British paparazzi who was found guilty of assaulting bitch Heather Mills has had his conviction overturned, because the former model was "too stressed" to attend his appeal hearing. Jay Kaycappa was sentenced to 140 hours community service for grabbing Mills' shoulder as he attempted to take her photo in a Brighton, England, subway in July 2006. The 32-year-old snapper was handed the community punishment order at Brighton Magistrates Court last August. But the conviction has now been quashed after the court heard that Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife was too stressed to attend his appeal hearing. Lewes Crown Court heard that Mills was "refusing to give evidence," with prosecutors adding, "We don't know where she is." The court was then shown a doctor's report claiming Mills was suffering from stress. The judge allowed the appeal and overturned Kaycappa's sentence.

DYLAN MCDERMOTT FILES FOR DIVORCE

Television star Dylan McDermott has filed for divorce from wife Shiva Rose after more than 12 years of marriage, court records show. McDermott filed a petition for dissolution of marriage in Superior Court last Friday citing irreconcilable differences, according to court records first obtained by CelebTV.com. McDermott, the former star of TV's "The Practice," and Rose, an actress, have two daughters together.They separated more than a year ago, according to court documents. Property and custody arrangements will be determined at a later date, the documents state.

Award winning actor Will Smith is investing more than $1 million in a new school near his California mansion. The Hollywood star has paid $889,000 (to lease the Indian Hills High School in Calabasas, after he failed to find a suitable institute for his two young children, Jaden, 9, and Willow, 7. The actor and his wife,actress Jada Pinkett Smith have, until now, been home schooling the children. A spokesperson for Smith says of the school, renamed the New Village Academy of Calabasas: "Will is leasing the campus for three years, plus he'll cover all costs such as utilities. "The academy will be run privately, and will include pre-kindergarten through grade six."

Winehouse will sing at the Center for Contemporary Culture in September, and is thought to have been offered a six-figure sum for her appearance, reports British newspaper The Daily Telegraph. It is not the first time the British star has been hired for a lucrative private concert - she was reportedly paid $1 million to appear at a Louis Vuitton catwalk show in Paris, France in February.

Speaking at the Cannes Film Festival in France on the very same day Jack Black another co-star in the animated movie - accidentally confirmed Jolie is expecting twins, Hoffman has disclosed more information about what has become Hollywood’s worst-kept secret. Today show’s Natalie Morales reveals in an interview that has yet to be aired, Hoffman told her, "She is due on August 19th".
The babies will be Jolie’s fifth and sixth children, and her second and third biological kids with partner Brad Pitt. The couple has three adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and their first natural child, Shiloh, will turn two this month.
