Suze Rotolo huddles up to Dylan as the pair wander through the wintry streets of 1963 Greenwich Village in New York City in the famous cover shot.And, after years of keeping her identity a secret, the activist, who was 17 when the photo was taken, is now coming forward with her memoirs. A Freewheelin’ Time: A Memoir of Greenwich Village in the Sixties will feature Rotolo’s recollections from her time as Dylan’s girlfriend, introducing him to poetry and civil rights.
