Culture Clubs Boy George is considering turning his return trip to America into a charity show so he can pay back two fans who spent $10,000 on a concert that won’t take place. The singing star has been forced to scrap his summer shows in the states after being denied a U.S. visa due to a pending legal wrangle. And although he feels terrible about the news, he’s more upset about the fans who have already purchased tickets and plane fares. In an online chat with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, he says, "There’s fans that have spent thousands of pounds (dollars) on tickets and that’s really sad. "There’s a couple of fans who have spent, like, $10,000 and they’re not gonna get it back. "We’ll have to do something to help them; we’ll have a charity night or something." George, real name George O’Dowd, hopes to return to America in 2009 once his pending litigation has been resolved. Read Boy Georges new Amy Winehouse comments at Times Square Gossip.
