Toxic Britney Spears will remain under the conservatorship of her dad Jamie until the end of this  year,  a California court ha s ruled.The singer was placed in her father’s care last  February, following her hospitalization in January for an alleged  bipolar disorder. According to the new court ruling, Spears’ estate and  finances will remain under Jamie’s control until  December 31st. Los  Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz confirmed after todays hearing: "Ms. Spears is reluctantly agreeing to extend the temporary  (conservatorship)." Britney has enjoyed a string of personal  successes since her father was awarded control over his troubled daughter’s  estate - including extended access to her sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline,  Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, 17 months. Federline’s attorney Mark  Vincent Kaplan has also praised Jamie’s involvement in the case, insisting the  reunion "couldn’t have happened without" his assistance. Kaplan added of his  positive influence on the singer: "We’re just very positive about it. Having her  dad stabilizing everything is a good thing."
