So I guess that the top headlines can be summed up by the phrase "more of the same". That leads to the question "WTF is wrong with celebs?" I call it Celebrity Personality Disorder - a sub classification of Sociopathic Personality Disorder. It's nicely demonstrated by the following little video which I call "Keep Chasing Your Dreams".
There was a popular book from a few years ago titled "Everything I Needed to Know I learned in Kindergarten". Critics said it read like a collection of bumper stickers placed back to back. They may have been too hasty in their judgements. In fact I think that many of the important lessons are learned even earlier than that. Take the Road Runner as an example: many of the Buddha's teaching are actually summed up in those stripped down, minimalist little cartoons. For instance they neatly show passion and attachments to desire object (in this case the Road Runner) as the root of suffering. In fact those little cartoons are so true to life that poor old David Duchovny is even beginning to resemble Will E Coyote. We can only hope that he stops chasing young road runners before it's too late!
