The second interview today is with Corrie from Dizzybrunette3.
Again, I really enjoy reading Corrie's blog as she posts about such a variety of different things, so I asked if she'd like to take part in my interview series. Corrie very kindly accepted, so I sent the questions over to her and she answered straight away!
1. When did you start blogging and what made you create one?
I started blogging last September after reading other beauty/fashion blogs for a few months. I used to read these blogs and feel inspired so I decided to set my own up!
2. What do you enjoy blogging about?
I love blogging about make up and fashion, I love the feeling of buying a new make up item and then photographing it and trying it out, I love seeing other bloggers review products as it helps me choose what products to buy so I like the idea of someone reading a review on my blog and then going out to buy that product!
3. What sort of blogs do enjoy reading?
I love reading fashion and beauty blogs :)
4. Name some of your favourite blogs...
Okay here's a little list: Zoella, Xoxo Avs, Daisybutter, Which way to wonderland (obviously :) ), Pearls and Poodles, Make Yu Up, Away with the fairies, Vivianna does Make up and I heart Vintage - to be honest I love loads of blogs and this is just a small selection of my favourite blogs!
5. Apart from blogging, what do you enjoy doing?
Well I love shopping (probably love shopping a little too much), reading fashion magazines (and Heat!), traveling, socialising with friends and sunbathing (that counts as a hobby in my book!).
6. What are your favourite make-up brands?
Ooh I have so many! I love Barry M, L'oreal, Revlon and Maybelline - so many I like!!
7. Any top beauty tips you'd like to share?
I swear by eye brightening drops - they just whiten your eyes and make your eye makeup look so much more dramatic! I use them everyday without fail. Also Sudocrem is great for spots.
8. If you could only wear one piece of makeup for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Ooh this is such a toughie! I probably say mascara as it makes your eyes stand out and can transform your look.
9. Do you have a favourite shop?
Ooh it's got to be either Topshop or Primark, I love Topshop as the clothes are gorgeous, but also love Primark as it's so cheap and if you know what to look for you can get some lovely things.
10. Do you have a favourite piece of clothing, if so what?
This has got to be my shorts! I love my shorts and my sister takes the mick out of me because I wear shorts all year round!
11. If you could go on a holiday anywhere you wanted, right now, where would you go?
Probably LA as I am loving 90210 at the moment and would love to live that lifestyle!!
12. What do you think the most important thing in life is?
Oh family and friends definitely! You can buy all clothes in the world and you wouldn't be as happy without having someone there for you. That's just my personal opinion, I'm very lucky to class my boyfriend, Mum and sister as my best friends. Also fake tan too ;)
