The next lovely blogger to take part in my on-going interview series is Onna from her lovely blog 'Onna's Little Blog'.
Onna's blog is packed full of wonderful fashion and beauty related posts. As I really enjoy reading these sorts of posts, Onna's blog is perfect for me! She also posts about everyday life stuff as well, which I like reading too (I'm a very nosy person, have to admit!).
1. When did you start blogging and what made you create one?
Like many ‘Gurus’ I came across Lauren Luke’s videos on youtube after looking for some guidance on makeup. I started my own youtube channel nearly three years ago but after about a year I got too busy and stressed out to continue it. That’s when I started reading beauty blogs and about a year and a half ago I started my own.
2. What do you enjoy blogging about?
I love photographic and I like everything to be atheistically pleasing so I love editing things. I also want to get into fashion journalism so its great that it gives me a chance to write. Although the main thing has to be some of the amazing friends I’ve made via blogging.
3. What sort of blogs do you enjoy reading?
I love a bit of everything. Fashion/Personal Style blogs, food/diet blogs, beauty reviews and lifestyle – As long as they are creative and interesting I’ll enjoy reading them!
4. Name some of your favourite blogs...
I love LLYMLRS, Zoella, Topshop Princess, abbzzw, kelanjo19, Hot Tramp I Love You So, Mariannan, Pearls and Poodles… I love loads more I just can’t name them all!!
5. Apart from blogging, what do you enjoy doing? (hobbies, clubs, etc.)
I like writing/reading, watching films, cooking and eating… mainly the eating part! I do go out clubbing occasionally and I guess shopping? Lol
6. What are your favourite make-up brands?
Hmmm obviously M.A.C, MUFE, Benefit, Sleek and Natural Collection
7. Any top beauty tips you'd like to share?
If your eyebrows and base look good, everything else will fall into place, Skincare is so important so NEVER sleep in your makeup.
8. If you could only wear one piece of makeup for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Concealer? Or Mascara? Eeeek that’s so hard!
9. Do you have a favourite shop?
H&M! Its cheap and definitely my style. They hae some great stuff in atm.
10. Do you have a favourite piece of clothing/outfit, if so what?
My biker boots are an everyday staple! I love oversized tops too.
11. If you could go on a holiday anywhere you wanted, right now, where would you go?
Somewhere hot and sunny with a swimming pool and a beach! Maybe an apartment in Sydney for a month or two! I’ve wanted to go to Australia since I was 10! I’d also love to go surfing.
12. What do you think the most important thing in life is?
To be happy and make other people happy. I’m sure on some tv show someone said ‘Happiness is a state of mind not a destination’… people keep striving for happiness like they will get there some day but why not enjoy life right now?
