Amy Winehouse isn't the only high profile entertainer who's decided to give her marriage another chance. Pink is also reconsidering her relationship to motorcross racer Carey Hart. The couple split up back in Feb of last year, Since then Pink has been spotted with other guys, with other girls, and even careening around on a tractor swilling what appeared to be beer. Though Hart has described her as an amazing women, and the love of his life, Pink wasn't loosing any sleep over him.
Well now some back tracking - or clarification - is taking place. Spoke persons for the couple - yes, they have them - state that the couple were merely 'on a break', that they still love each other, and that it never really ended. Well that would explain why Hart has moved back into Pink's posh Malibu pad. It would also explain why Pink has been hanging around Waste Space, Hart's Las Vegas hot spot, and making friendly with the owner.
Well it's great that they've patched it up. This new era of hope is doing so much to inspire people from every walk of life - even wild and crazy show biz types. It's important to note that couples do take breaks, and yet remain married. Bill and Hilary Clinton, for instance, have been on a break for over 20 years. That hasn't stopped them from maintaining a very successful professional relationship - despite 'Bull' Clinton's many, many, many love affairs with other women, such as controversial Canadian parliamentarian Belinda Stronach. That little tryst even wound up on the cover of the National Enquirer as I recall. As for the Hart - Moore's, well their pro relationship was maintained during their romantic hiatus too. Hart appeared in Pink's video So What while the pair were 'separated' or whatever they're calling it. Maybe they should've called that viddie "Whatever"? Maybe even "As Time Goes By"? No, that would merely be sardonic. If only Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie could develop so mature a working relationship. We can only hope that the tumultuous series of Tammy Wynette George Jones style break up/make ups doesn't lead Pink into a country music career. Here's looking at you, kids.
